Masters National Titles Defended

Donna and I both defended our titles this morning! Weeeeee are the Chaaaaaampions!

The track was a little slow. I only posted 39.95, but it was the fastest time of the day among all women, and was .3 from second place. Donna was 4th fastest overall, behind me, Kara, and Annette. I wish there were more than 3 women in my field, but it's OK. A win is a win! Per has his kilo tonight, John has a 2K, Donna sprints tomorrow. The pressure is off me until Wednesday.
